Sugar Nellie Blog Hop!!! Come join in the Fun!!

The Sugar Nellie hop theme today is dusting off our old favourites Sugar Nellies, and I've used this fab Mary Hall stamp called 'Boys Up A Tree' which you can buy here if you don't win one from my draw:)

Since we've moved house I've been wanting to make a door hanger for Leo's room and thought this would be the perfect opportunity:) I used a wooden hanger I've had in my 'ready for altering draw' for ages! I covered it in strong adhesive then applied the Basic Grey Recess paper and filed down the edges. I've added some raffia and some chipboard buttons by Cosmo Cricket. No idea where the ribbon came from, it's been in my ribbon box for at least a year!

I've coloured the gorgeous Mary Hall image with copics and used distress ink in frayed burlap around the edges, then stitched around it with my sewing machine. Want to win this stamp?
