First Ever Sugar Nellie Design Team Card!!!

Evening everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend?!I think I'm getting over my cold and chest infection now, feeling tons better:) I was absolutely spoilt on Saturday-I got 4 fabulous parcels through the post-my 1st Sugarnellie dt kit (sooooooo exciting!), my blog candy from Tara, my blog candy from Cass and a dt package from Quixotic! Totally spoilt right?! Tellin ya, they proper cheered me up:) Thanks so much to Tara and Cass for the blog candy-it must have been my lucky week last week, and the goodies I won were absolutely scrummy!

So I had to ink up some Sugar straight away-was a tough choice but I went with the cutie from the Sugarnellie Autumn Kit. The Kit is such fab value at £23.99-you got loads of stamps and really sweet accessory stamps perfect for the insides of your cards or projects. As my card is all Autumnal it fits perfectly for the OCC this week which is Fall, and Whimsy Challenges who want to see Autumn colours-I chose brown, green and blue with a touch of copper. Here's a close up:~

Stuff: Sugarnellie Autumn Kit available here, copics to colour, DCWV The Green Stack from Quixotic here, metallic crocheted lace here, buttons here, sizzix original flower die (total bargain from ebay last week), raffia from stash, hero arts sentiment here, distress inks, nesties, sewing machine, core'dinations card, martha stewart punch.

Keep an eye out over at Funkykits....the new christmas mangas should be on sale Tuesday/Wednesday and I am pretty sure there will be sell outs and you definetly don't want to miss em! Right, am gonna get back in my craft room now and do some more stamping....there's some rubbah calling...Huggles xxx

Summery Tilda and a few challenges

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone is having a good week so far. I've gone all summery today and used this cutie Tilda and some gorgeous cherry papers to match her. The theme over at Simon Says Challenge this week is summer fruits or summer colours and since I still live in hope of winning a $25 shopping spree at their store I had to play along again! I've also followed the sketch at Pollycraft monday which has just opened their challenge blog to include any images *doesn't have any sweet pollycraft stamps to play with yet*, their theme is also food and drink and since this Tilda has cherries on her boots and I have some on the papers I think that qualifies! Over at our Creative Corner their challenge this week is called 'triple play' and they give you a list of embellies to pick 3 from-I've chose buttons, ribbon (raffia) and bling. Also...Just Magnolia want us to use buttons. Phew!

Stuff: Magnolia Tilda coloured with promarkers, hotp papers, core'dinations card, raffia and buttons from stash, prima flowers, sentiment from part of a forever friends stamp, prima bling, distress inks.

Leo's little backpack arrived yesterday and he spent a lot of the day carrying it round and putting stuff in it and zipping it up-so sweet! I'll pop a proper pic up of him later when I've uploaded em as they're on me phone. I ordered a couple of Motivet stamps the other night-they're so adorable I just had to have some so hopefully they'll arrive soon! Thanks so much for stopping by and any comments you might leave me-they make my day! Huggles xxx

Our Creative Corner

Fabby sketch over at Our Creative Corner, it's a really lovely effective layout without too many layers. What do you think to little Annie? Isn't she just adorable! I have officially fallen in love with these stamps! Too cute for words! I used BasicGrey's Bittersweet papers which go perfect with her I reckon:) Here's what I used...

Materials: Charmed Delectable stamp available here coloured with Promarkers, Basic Grey Bittersweet papers, lace and pin from stash, sentiment stamp from hero arts, dcwv metallic stack, distress inks in old paper and tattered rose.

Just a quickie post as I am trying to sort out everyones clothes for the holiday (bleurgh hate doing that), and going to get Leo to make a little something for Fathers Day:) See you tomorrow...have a lovely evening everyone! Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you may leave-I really love reading them and getting your feedback!

Our Creative Corner Challenge

Found Our Creative Corner challenge blog this week and the theme this time is to design something with your fave colour combination. At the moment I am lovin coffee and cream colours with a dash of pink! I think these colours always make a card look really luxurious don't you? And...they're very comforting, makes me think of snuggling up with a duvet, some hot chocolate and a box of choccies. This is something I dream about now that I have a little one! I would LOVE a duvet day-bliss!!

Anyways....I used a new alota stamp which I won on ebay in a set of 4, they are sooooooo cute-I love this little girls' face. The image is fab to colour so I really enjoyed making this. The bits and bobs I used are: my promarkers to colour, bazill swiss dot cardstock in cream, dcwv metallic stack, anitas everyday ribbon, daisy and dandelion backing papers and the sentiment is from a sentiment plate by elusive images.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to my 'followers' and for all the encouraging comments you've left, it really means a lot!
