Afternoon lovely crafty bloggy people! This might be a bit of a long post so get a coffee:) Hope everyone has had a great week-and it's almost the weekend so what could be better? I'm sorry I've not been about much this week really, have got a cold and chest infection and little Leo is full of cold too bless him and this cold has been killing my mojo;)
So the main reason we're here....
Stamp Something! I'm quite excited to see who may have made the top 5 from last week-the entries were fantastic, it's very hard to pick just 5 favourites! But...todays challenge is to use your favourite embellishments. Another fab one! My fave embellies are button, ribbon and raffia so I've gone a bit mad with em;) hehehe. I hope you find time to play with us at
Stamp Something this week-love seeing your entries and don't forget we have fab prizes and you can combine our challenge with others;)

I also want to bring your attention to my fellow Design Team member
Erin's card drive for her neighbour Paige who is only 13 and is in hospital very poorly after a boating accident. She has had to have part of her arm amputated, and the doctors are working to save the rest. She will be facing months of recovery, all of which is very costly in terms of medical expenses. If you pop over to
Erin's blog you can read about all the details and ways you can help but Erin is asking anyone who is able to send a card to cheer her friend Paige a little. Also
Denise, my teamie and owner of
Whimsy stamps has a digi image especially for Paige that you can download and $3 of which goes to Paige's medical expenses. I'll be showing you my card for Paige using the Whimsy digi on my blog soon:)
In the UK we are unbelievably lucky to have the NHS, and all those who work so hard for us within the service to care for us, we don't have to pay for our medical care, and when you have kids or someone close to you becomes ill it makes you appreciate it all the more. So please send a card to Paige-even better if you get the
Whimsy download to make it with:)
I also wanted to show you the
new Sugarnellie stamps that have just become available in the past couple of days, for 'It's a Girl Thing fundraiser, the proceeds of which go to Breast Cancer. Be really quick with these, they're flying off the virtual shelves and are very limited edition. As you can probably tell from the very recognisable artwork the illustrators are Linda from the Home Grown range, Diane Duda, and Leanne Ellis. Gorgeous aren't they?
Oks, before I go just want to quickly tell you about some gorgeous new things
