So I've used a whiff of joy stamp again, I do love this one, she is a dream to colour in and well, she's holding cookies:)
Materials: whiff of oy stamp coloured with Promarkers, Doodlebug papers and core'dinations card, BoBunny ribbon, The Artistic Stamper sentiment, doodlebug button and Prima flowers.

The Sugar Bowl
Fantastic sketch over at the Sugar Bowl-as always-all the 'sweeties' sketches are fab! The extra was to include pearls so I used adhesive pearls around the scalloped circle. Did you notice the fun thing I did to little Annie? I crackled her! Was sooo fun and I love the effect, think this image works really well with it too. If you can't see it well in the pic then give a little click on the pic for a close-up. I also made some ickle twigs around the prima flower which I made from a bare tree punch I had and I just trimmed it up a bit then added some ink to the edges to co-ordinate with the photo corner. Can you tell I had fun hehe?
If anything doesn't make sense in this post it's because I'm trying to make sure Leo doesn't do himself a mischief as he has discovered climbing this week-and there I was thinking I could snatch 5 mins to write this!
Materials: Doodlebug papers, Core'dinations cardstock, Leanne Ellis stamp Sugar Nellie coloured with Promarkers, Kars scallop circle stamp, Inkadinkado swirl stamps (on photo corner), Cricut Jasmine cartridge, Ranger crackle accents, prima flowers, Papermania adhesive pearls, tree punch.
Thanks so much for stopping by and any comments you might leave-I really appreciate them!

Cute Card Thursday
Over on Cute Card Thursday the theme is bling! To be fair the card I've made isn't the most 'blingin' I've ever done hehe but if you click on the pic for a close up you can see I've popped some glossy accents over the spots on the brolly and the rain drops so didn't want to go OTT with the embellies. The 'bling' bits I've added as extras are 3 ickle kanban bling adhesive stones and the large pearl brad in the flower. Don't you just love this stamp?! I love all Elisabeth Bell's stamps though but since this has a brolly in it I love it even more:) Ooo I've also used download papers-I never thought I'd do that ever but I think I may have been converted:) I don't think I'll be venturing to digi stamps though as I'd miss out on my favourite parts of stamping-I LOVE picking out my stamp, rummaging around in my stamp boxes, and I love inking em up:) I love the little rubber smell they all have too hehehe. Is all part of the fun for me anyways.
Materials: Whiff of Joy stamp coloured with Promarkers, Backing papers from ShabbyPrincess - Sun Porch by Amy Teets, BoBunny paper Linen Fields, BoBunny ribbon, Papermania sentiment, core'dinations cardstock, Ranger Glossy Accents, Kanban Bling, Papermania brad, Prima flowers.
Ooo almost forgot....I won the goodies over at C.R.A.F.T challenge! How cool is that! Well am gonna go start my SugarBowl entry I think. See ya tomorrows:)
Midnight Madness
Evening lovely bloggers. I've just recently found this new challenge blog, but I think I'm really going to love it, there is defo something different about it so I shall keep playing along. So this card is for the new blog Midnight Madness. The sketch supplied was fab, shall use again for sure and I decided I'd use one of my newer Tilda's-I love this one, I popped some glossy accents on areas of her hair and some roses too! I've also used some bits and bobs that have been hanging around in my off cut box which are from the Cloud9 kit I won-I love these papers so much, but there doesn't seem to be many places that do thus brand in packs of 12 x 12. Ah well I shall keep looking..
Materials: Magnolia Tilda stamp coloured with promarkers (spice, apricot, blue pearl, cornflower, marsh green, moss, ruby, poppy, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla and blush), Cloud9 papers-Hannah's Story, Ranger Glossy Accents, Core-dinations cardstock, BoBunny ribbon, bling from stash, The Artistic Stamper sentiment.
Am off to catch up on the Apprentice! See ya tomorrows. Thanks for popping by and many comments you might leave.

Another new challenge blog started this week, the more the merrier I reckon, especially as they're all abit different aren't they?! The new challenge blog called C.R.A.F.T challenge wanted us to make a card for something 'new' so I've done a new baby card. There are a number of my family and friends who are preggers atm so this will come in handy soon, unless everyone has boys hehe.

Spoonful of Sugar and Mojo Monday
Hope everyone has had a great bank holiday weekend?! I've had lots of fun-Saturday we had a lovely picnic with some friends we hadn't seen for ages and ages and had a looky round a car boot-found a gorgeous mirror that I'm going to do some bits and pieces to then will show you. Yesterday my nephew and his girfriend phoned me out of blue and said they were going to pop round which was lovely, hadn't seen them since my wedding in January. Then today which was hubbys birthday we went to the seaside which was lots of fun-Leo loved building sandcastles! How gorgeous has this weather been? Loving it! Above is piccy of Leo and Ian on the beach today!
Ok so onto the card....Over at A Spoonful of Sugar to celebrate being 1 yr old there is fab prizes to be won and the theme is celebration so I've made a birthday card with one of my gorjuss girls. I also followed the sketch over at Mojo Monday, I love their sketches! I used my new nesties too-I love them lots:) I actually forgot to take a pic of the inside so I may add one tomorrow if I remember, but it's basically just decorated with off cuts from the front and a label nestie to add a greeting to.
Materials: Basic Grey wisteria paper, Bazill bling cardstock, Sugar Nellie stamp gorjuss girl coloured with promarkers (aubergine, amethyst, lilac, olive green, magenta, ivory, blush, rose pink, and blossom), Prima flowers, nestie, distress inks (weathered wood and dusty concord) and paper lace.
Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you might leave-very much appreciated!

Stamp Something and Ebay Puzzlement
Todays card is for the Stamp Something challenge, which I love and it's from a sketch. I actually really love the simplicity, lovely change from millions of layers. I've made it for my step-bro's birthday next week, I think he'll really like it. Was a great excuse to use this Mary Hall stamp which is just fabby from sugar nellie (did you guess they're my faves. LOL). Also got the white gel pen out after I'd coloured with my promarkers, am quite pleased how its turned out. The papers are Basic Grey and I know their challenge this week is 'your favourtie ice-cream colours', now if my fave was chocolate and pistachio it would be ideal but since it's not I'm not going to enter it! I Hate pistachio!
Materials: 'Best Fishes' Stamp by Mary Hall for Sugar Nellie, Basic Grey Archaic Papers, Doodlebug brads, ccsr sentiments, BoBunny ribbon, Core'dinations cardstock and distress inks.
Now I know I said I was going to be back yesterday after my first post but my nesties arrived and I decided I'd have a go at decorating one of the insides of my card-well I loved it so much I had to all the cards in my posession (or make or a bloomin good start anyway) so I got quite busy doing that. Also I made a little something for hubby as it's his birthday on Monday-I will take a pic of it after I've given it to him as he does read my blog and will spy it!
Ok, so my ebay puzzlement.......have you checked out the Magnolia, or Sugar Nellie stamps on there recently? It really is quite mental....people are bidding double the price for them when they are in stock online at like funkykits or sirstampalot etc. What's it all about? There was a tilda on yesterday (the one with a baking tray of cookies), now it was used as well and I messaged the seller and asked would she do a buy it now and what price at and she said she wanted £8.00. Now come on! I've seen the gorjuss girl stamps go for crazy prices-one went for like £18! Is it people who are new to crafting and don't know where to buy them or what? It just seems all very crazy.
Ok ebay rant over! Hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday weekend. Thanks so much for stopping by and hope you like my card!

Cupcake Crafts
Good evening,
Had a lovely day today, leo has been a pleasure after 3 weeks of him teething and being quite poorly, bless him so it's been a super fun day! Last night was the first night in 3 weeks that he slept through so I also have felt like a 'normal' person, getting up every couple of hours with a poorly toddler does tend to make you feel a lil zombiefied (hmm don't think that's a real word. lol). So here's my card for this evening-I am loving this stamp, doesn't she look so classy-I think she's actually called poise! I've followed the sketch over at Cupcake Crafts which is a lovely one, another I think I'll be using again. I am going to send this one to a friend over at a card swap on docrafts, it's lovely getting cards isn't it?! Nesties haven't arrived yet-am crossing my fingers that they'll come tomorrow on my 'day off'!
Materials: Bazill cardstock, cosmocricket honeypie papers, flowers made on cricut, brads from stash, leanne ellis sugar nellie stamp coloured with promarkers, the artistic stamper sentiment plate, adhesive lace from stash.
Have a fun night, am off to watch The Apprentice-love it!!!

Sweetie colours for 2 challenges
Hello lovely bloggers, hope you've all had a nice day, despite the weather. I've done this card for 2 challenges, using the sketch at Double Dutch which is fab and over at Allsorts their theme is sweets and these colours are very like sweeties I think. I love this Leanne Ellis stamp from Sugar Nellie, its very cute don't you think, makes me smile anyways. Another ideal image for a get well card.
Materials: Leanne Ellis stamp by Sugar Nellie, core'dinations cardstock, Papermania signature papers, BoBunny ribbon, any other bits are from stash.
I ordered some nesties today! Wohoooo! Have been wittering on about getting some to Ian (hubby) for a while:) In the end I chose the ovals, circles (both with the scallops to match) and labels 1 (I think it was 1 I decided on in the end but could have been 3 hehe). Am hoping they'll come by Thursday as I have a day to myself as Leo is going with my mum to my sisters houseso I can have a little break (can't wait!).
Am going to pop off now, thanks for stopping by:)

There's a new challenge blog in town-The Next Level!
There's a new blog that just about to launch called The Next Level! If you pop over there there's also the chance to win some fabulous blog candy, and it really is yummy! Below is what they have to say:
The Next Level is the exciting new concept of Dawn (All Pink Girl) and Ann (Madgesty - Love to Create) probably better known as blog name Madge. Our aim in designing this new informative style of blog is not only to produce really creative Weekly Challenges that are not tied to any specific brand, but also to explore new avenues, ideas and techniques with a completely fresh approach.
The Next Level will not only be a fun and informative place to hang out for card crafters and scrapbookers of all levels, but it is hoped that it will also become a valuable source of information, hints and tips, tutorials, downloads and much more. We want to cover the craft of traditional card making but also add in a touch of digital, not too much to scare anyone away, but enough to explore the magical world out there at your fingertips for anyone wanting to venture.

Just Magnolia
I keep leaving the Just Magnolia challenge too late as I always think I have loads of time to do it then the week whizzes by, so I've got in early! A few weeks ago I mentioned that the village shop started stocking my cards, well 80% of the stock I gave them has been sold so I dropped some more off yesterday but she wants a few get well cards and I think this cutey Tilda is just right. Went with an earthy palette of colours, I don't often use green so it was a bit different but I love the combination now it's finished. Not sure if you can see in the pic very well but some of the roses are a bit shiny as I popped some glossy accents on-love that stuff! Ooo nearly forgot to say that I've ordered the summer Magnolia stamp club now-hope it won't be long till they're released!
Materials: Magnolia Tilda Spring release, core'dinations cardstock, Cloud9 papers and chipboard stickers (flowers), papermania brads, ccsr sentiment, glossy accents, prima flowers
Thanks for stopping by-really appreciate it! Hope everyone's had a fab weekend!

My dad wanted me to make a card for his sister-in-law's 60th next month so I've used the sketch over at Friday Sketchers which is another cracker. Will defo be using this again. I wanted to make a classy card that isn't 'old' because 60 is so not old now is it and she definetly looks great so this is what I came up with?! Goth anyone?
Reason I've not posted anything is because I seemed to have misplaced my mojo or at least it went on a little holiday. But I have actually decided it's because as much as I love cute adorable images it's not really my personality so I obviously needed to do something a bit more 'me'. So here it is in it's pink gothicness hehehe. I'm entering this for the Stamp Something challenge which was to make something pink and as they're looking for a new DT thought I'd pop my name down for that too, would love it if I got it!

The Gift of Love Award!
I received this lovely award from my fantastic friend Lorraine, her work is so fab so why not pop over and have a peek. She sent me the most gorgeous card this week with some Miss anyas in for me to colour-she is such a wonderful person! In true blogging award stylee I have to pass this on to 5 others which is a toughie but here goes:
A Spoonful Full of Sugar
Been a few days since I've posted hasn't it. Haven't had much crafting time past few days :( But am back with a new card and a bit of excitement (well alot actually). This card is for Spoonful of Sugar, is the first time I've had a go at something over there and this weeks challenge was called touchy feely-all about textures. I think the roses, ribbon and brads definetly count for texture. This is the first outing for this cutie Tilda too-isn't she gorgeous!
Materials: Basic grey wassail papers, Sandylion paper, Fiskars lace punch, BoBunny ribbon, Papermania brad, Magnolia Tilda image coloured with ProMarkers, handmade roses.
Ok...here's my fab news-I won the Sugar Bowl challenge!! Wohooooo. I couldn't believe it! If I could pick anything to win it would be something yummy from Sugar Nellie-they are my absolute fave. The challenge I won was to make a mens card and the prize was a mystery so can't wait to see what arrives! I shall take a piccy when it does though so you can see:)

Mojo Monday
Here's my card for this weeks Mojo Monday which was a lovely sketch, bit different as there's not many layers compared to recent sketches I've followed. Love the stamp I've used, it's a Sugar Nellie Elisabeth Bell design called Birdhouse but I masked the birdhouse, it's quite a big stamp, really versatile. Have you seen the new Sugar Nellie's to be released end of the week? They are lovely, think I might have to treat myself:)

Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie papers, dcwv blossoms and butterflies stack
BoBunny ribbons
Sugar Nellie stamp coloured with promarkers
Prima vagabond flowers
Papermania and doodlebug brads
Sentiment from elusive images stamp plate
Just a little post tonight, as hubby is using the compy for his OU course so am off to watch Shameless and ponder on who to pass an award onto given to me from the lovely Lorraine

Colour Create
This card is for this weeks scrummy colour combo over at Colour Create of red, brown and cream. I decided to do quite a simple card today with minimal embellishments and focus on stamping instead. I love how it turned out in the end, I hadn't even used these lovely swirly stamps, they were hidden in my ever expanding stamp draw (I saw draw but its a chest of draws hehehe). Here are the materials I used:
Sugar Nellie stamp by Leanne Ellis
core'dinations cardstock
Inkadinkadoo clear swirl stamp
doodlebug mini brads
Elusive images Thank You plate
Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie paper
Coloured with distress inks-walnut stain, aged mahogany, tattered rose, vintage photo, broken china, peeled paint, fired brick
Weather's been a bit rubbish today hasn't it? I do love a bank holiday though! Not done too much today, popped down to the village for the scarecrow weekend and did a bit of crafting, nice chilled day:) I did win a punch on ebay, a lacey border punch so it'll be nice to have a go with that when it comes, got it for a bargain too-even better:)

Saturday Secret Crafter Challenge
Hello lovely bloggers,
This card is for the Secret Crafter's Saturday Challenge. The challenge was flowers either as embellishments or as the feature. Now on this card I've popped two gorjuss girls together. Have seen this done a few times and really wanted to give it a go with these girlies, Tab is fab at this technique. Had lots of fun making this and playing around, I haven't posted for a few days as I've been trying out a few new techniques instead which was lots of fun.
Yesterday we had a stall of bits of bobs I didn't want anymore as there is a scarecrow weekend going on in our village. I actually got a bit sunburnt whilst sat out!!! I didn't make much, only £20 but hey extra pennies for stamps!! I am wondering when the next Magnolia stamp club closes for order, I don't really want to order too early as I'll have to pay straight away but I don't want to miss it either-guess I shall do it soon just incase:) I hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday weekend, if the weather's nice we might go to the beach tomorrow.
Materials used:
Papermania scalloped card blanks
Distress inks
Promarkers
Crafty Individuals Spring papers
Papermania brads
Prima vagabond flowers
BoBunny ribbon
Hero Arts sentiment masked to remove border
